‘Nourishment and resurrection in the everyday’

9.30am for 10am till 1.30pm after lunch.
Parking in the churchyard carpark
We will explore the theme together in a living not theoretical way. We’ll be introducing different methods of Ignatian prayer including: Centering prayer, the Examen (Review of the day), Contemplation (entering prayer with our senses and imagination) using art, though there’s no need to be an artist!
We will draw from biblical and poetic sources. Materials will be provided including refreshments: coffee before we begin and a sandwich lunch.
